The Harry Dunlop Racing Team

Behind every sucessful trainer is a dedicated team of people and it is no different at Windsor House Stables. Led by Phil Wright the staff consistently turnout their horses to an incredibly high standard. It is important everyone works as a team player and the yard has won numerous prizes in inter yard competitions including Best Turned Out Large Yard at the Lambourn Open Day 2007 and overall 1st prize in the Lambourn Carnival in 2007 & 2008. They then reclaimed the Best Turned Out Yard at the Lambourn Open Day 2010.

Christina Dunlop
After 6 years of working in London for International Sponsorship Management, a sport sponsorship and event management company Christina moved to Newmarket to work for the International Racing Bureau where she gained valuable experience in PR and Marketing. Harry and Christina were married in November 2004 and now have two young sons called Tom and William. When not assisting Harry in the office and riding out Christina breeds prize-winning Berkshire pigs and is currently attempting to train Treacle, 4yrs old black labrador to be Harry's gundog.

Sarah Scott - Secretary
Sarah joined the team in May 2007 having spent the last twenty years working with  various top racehorses trainers including Mattie McCormack, Barry Hills, and Hughie Morrison. She is very much first point of call for all owners and deals with the secretarial work.  Sarah is also a keen amateur dressage rider and has bred her first Dutch Warmblood/Thoroughbred called Ardero. Accompanying her is Bailey a Rhodesian ridgeback.

Peter Baker - Farrier
Peter looks after all the horses in the yard. Many of the farriers working in the Lambourn area have been taught their trade by him. He specilises in remedial shoeing and is an essential member of the team. His eldest son is the jockey George Baker.

Michelle Hayward - Horse Physio
A key member of the team. Michelle  is a highly qualified Horse physio and is on hand to ease away any aches or pains before and after racing.

Phil Wright - Head Lad
Phil spent nineteen years with Nick Gaslee culminating as Traveling Head Lad. On Mr Gaslee’s retirement he joined Ralph Beckett as Head Lad. Phil and his wife Maureen and son Declan live in Lambourn.
