Every year the village of Lambourn holds a Carnival on the August Bank Holiday Sunday. Anyone can enter the carnvial and HDR entered under the banner "Pirates of the Caribbean. The team spent many evenings after work building the Black Pearl complete with lanterns and blazing guns. Not only did HDR win the best racing entry they won the overall trophy for Best in Show! |

Every year on Good Friday Lambourn trainers open up their yards to the public to raise lots of money for various local charities. There is fierece competition to win the Best Yard prize. In our first year of training Windsor House Stables won joint 1st prize. |
