Brittleton in the winners enclosure at Doncaster after winning the EQUESTRIAN SURFACES LTD HANDICAP

RUM SIZZLE (4yo) set the trend and ran out a short head winner at Bath under an inspiring ride by jockey Adam Kirby. The filly is co-owned with Nigel & Jane Bennett and Jon Angell and his family and was the first winner in Nigel’s colours. There couldn’t have been a more popular winner in the yard!  BRITTLETON (4yo) took a short trip to Newbury where he was ridden by James Doyle and finished a gallant 3rd after his win the previous week at Doncaster under New Zealand jockey James McDonald.

beaten by two horses carrying 18lbs less in weight. He then went to Doncaster where he was given a masterful ride by Kiwi super star jockey James Macdonald to win going away. A wonderful sight for his owners Sir Philip Wroughton & Mrs Deodata Blyth Currie. FLAMBEUSE (5yo) was very unlucky at Salisbury when making a winning mover when she received bad interference from the eventual winner and finished 4th

not beaten very far. Two weeks later she returned to Salisbury winning over 1m6f leading from pillar to post. A gutsy performance from this handsome daughter of Cape Cross owned by Glanvilles Stud. Not to be left out LULANI (4yo) returned to winning ways at Sandown. It was lovely to see the distinctive green & white colours of Mrs Deodata Blyth Currie flash first past the winning post.
