7th September 2008

After a run of “seconditis” DR BRASS won at Bath. This was then matched by a two year old double with BLAZING BUCK and CAT PATROL also visiting the winners enclosure.

The Older horses continue to thrive. DR BRASS won at Bath over 1m2f first time in blinkers. CAPE VELVET followed up her yard debut win with a brave 3rd at Bath. LAST OF THE LINE was unlucky not to win when finishing 4th in a blanket finish at Lingfield.  SURPRISE PACKAGE made his racing debut at Salisbury finishing an eye catching 2nd. This was closely followed up by 3rd at Warwick.

The Two Year Olds have been running well. BLAZING BUCK won for first time owner Steve Buckmaster at Warwick. After a fine second at Salisbury BLAZING BUCK went one better giving his owner his first ever winner in his colours.  CAT PATROL won in good style at Lingfield after being sent off hot favourite.  KEY TO LOVE continues to show good consistent form when 2nd at Chepstow and 3rd at Chester. THREE MOONS debuted at Kempton in fine style finishing 2nd and then went onto run at Salisbury in a hot maiden finishing again in the runner up spot. PETER GRIMES showed plenty of potential when finishing 3rd in a good maiden at Salisbury.

The National Hunt horses are all in faster work and are readying themselves for the start of the season.  JUST A THOUGHT (5yr) will go chasing as is available for lease or for sale. If you are interested please contact Christina 07968 830 443.

LAMBOURN CARNIVAL – VICTORY
